This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Rev Source USA. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.

Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all parts, hardware, accessories, manuals, and documentation included.

Return Authorization Required

All returns require approval and a Return Authorization (RA) before being sent back. Returns sent without authorization may be refused or returned to sender.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Restocking fees help cover inspection, processing, repackaging, and supplier/manufacturer return costs.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for confirming product fitment, size, bolt pattern, offset, finish, specifications, and compatibility before placing an order.

If a return is due to customer error, including ordering the wrong item, incorrect fitment, change of mind, refusal of delivery, or no longer needing the product, the customer is responsible for all related shipping costs and applicable fees.

Domestic Returns - United States

For domestic U.S. returns caused by customer error or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If the return is due to an error by Rev Source USA, such as the wrong item being shipped, or a confirmed manufacturer defect, we will assist with the return and may cover reasonable return shipping costs after approval.

International Orders and Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for all shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, and any other charges required by the destination country.

If an international return is due to customer error, change of mind, incorrect fitment selection, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay duties/taxes, the customer is responsible for:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges
  • Customs duties and taxes
  • Brokerage fees
  • Carrier return fees
  • Any additional import/export fees

Any unpaid shipping, customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier return charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, customer refusal, or non-payment of duties/taxes, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges, return freight, carrier fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

These costs may be deducted from any refund issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or shipped incorrectly:

  • Installed, used, damaged, or modified items
  • Items missing original packaging, parts, hardware, or accessories
  • Special order items
  • Custom order items
  • Made-to-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have shipped or before processing has begun with the supplier or manufacturer.

Special order, custom order, and made-to-order items may not be canceled once processing has started.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Please keep all original packaging materials, boxes, and packing contents, as they may be required for carrier damage claims.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges, restocking fees, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and carrier fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Rev Source USA.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
