This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping terms for orders placed with Rev Source USA. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms described below.

Domestic Shipping - Contiguous 48 United States

Rev Source USA offers free standard ground shipping to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.

Free shipping applies to standard ground service using the carrier of our choice, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight carriers depending on package size, weight, and destination.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories

Orders shipping to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories are not eligible for free shipping.

Customers in these locations are responsible for all shipping charges. Please contact us before placing your order for a shipping quote.

International Shipping

Rev Source USA ships to many countries worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated based on destination, package size, weight, and carrier service.

International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country.

These fees are not included in product prices or shipping charges unless specifically stated.

Rev Source USA is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, customs clearance procedures, or government agencies.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Some special-order, custom-order, oversized, freight, or manufacturer-direct products may require additional processing time.

Transit Time & Carrier Delays

Carrier delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Rev Source USA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, customs inspections, labor disruptions, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Freight Shipments

Large or oversized items may be shipped via freight carrier.

Customers must inspect freight shipments upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Failure to document visible damage at delivery may affect the ability to file a freight damage claim.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, customer unavailability, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay duties and taxes, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping charges, return shipping charges, and carrier fees.

Refused, Undeliverable, or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, returned by the carrier, or undeliverable for reasons beyond our control, all return shipping charges, customs charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, storage fees, and carrier fees may be deducted from any refund.

This applies to both domestic and international shipments.

Shipping Damage or Missing Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number
Photos of the shipping box
Photos of the shipping label
Photos of the damaged item(s)
Photos of all packaging materials

Please retain all original packaging materials until the claim process is complete.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the shipment is transferred to the carrier.

Rev Source USA will assist customers with carrier claims when possible but is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or transit damage occurring after the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be available for shipment to certain states, territories, or countries due to manufacturer restrictions, carrier limitations, legal requirements, or import regulations.

Rev Source USA reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot legally or reasonably be shipped to the requested destination.
